Overview
Licences are grouped into Class 1, Class 2 and Moped. Class 1 covers commercial and large vehicles, Class 2 is centred on ordinary passenger cars, and Moped is for small two-wheelers.

Which licence should I get?
For everyday car driving, Class 2 Regular or Class 1 Regular is usually enough. For motorcycles, choose Class 2 Small or Moped by engine size; for trucks or buses (commercial), Class 1 Large/Special may be needed. Confirm the exact scope and eligibility in the official guidance.
